Not much of a curse if you get £20+ million for the player

Top accounting there!

I understand the club running the financial aspect of the club in the black.

You will never find me posting for loads of new signings

You will never find me posting for new investment

You will never find me wanting to just survive in the Premier League.

You will never find me saying we should be breaking into the top 4

I want us to try and win every game we play that's all. INCLUDING cup games.

I don't expect us to win every game but I expect the players to give every game 100%

Is this so wrong?

Please excuse me... I must say that"I love you Starsky"...that is all! Thanks.

I thought the money was paid in instalments through the season.

It is! The equal share (£52.5M) is paid monthly starting in August i think. The TV money for live Matches (£9M) is paid once you have been on TV. The Merit money (£16.1M) is paid at the end of the season.

that report is bollox its misquoted the original report in the express which was only guess work in the first place and turned it from a maybe into a fact.

the really annoying thing about this is that all the other no mark reporters will see this and run with it as if its a done deal.... expect Gareth Vincent to do his report in the SWEP next

What dip in form was that?

Ki missed PL games...

West Ham (h) - draw
Chelsea (h) - can't remember
Southampton (a) - won

Edit - survive? You worried we'll get relegated? You can never say never, but I don't think there is any way we'll get relegated. I'm more hopeful of pushing for a Europa place.

Who said anything about getting relegated?

"What dip in form was that?" you say? This here ladies and gents is a bona fide PLASTIK.

You bring up W/L stats, did you even watch any of the matches lad?

Did you even hear what GM had to say upon his return? Did you not see the MF click again the moment he returned? He contributed much needed goals from the moment he got back? Did you not see how important Ki was to Jonjo's development this season?

I'm just calling a spade a spade here. It's good business to move on if they get £20 M+ but let's not downplay what the lad did for us this season.

He was left on the bench a few times towards the end of the season. Excellent player for us, but irreplaceable? Not a chance. Definitely wouldn't need to spend big to replace him either.

Let us not forget Monk shut him down. ehmm, something about a knee perhaps?

Do agree, he is certainly not irreplaceable. For the right bit of business, there will be options.

You are Kiisgod and i claim my £2.76.

I want a mate like Flashberryjacks, who wears a Barnsley jersey with "Swans are my second team" on the back.

That's a good call! If your right i wonder why he didn't post under T2C as to my recollection he banned himself! Which reminds me, whatever happened to that sixpenses fella? I used too love his 600 word in depth analysis's on how Laudrup was better than Monk points wise, always taking into account of course that we now find ourselves in the position whereby Monk has gained 4 more points than Laudrup despite being in charge for 11 games less! WHERE ARE YOU MY LITTLE SIXPENSE?

Well he hasnt got much to say now has he as he looks a bit f*cking stupid, don't worry though as soon as we lose our first pre-season friendly he'll pop up somewhere talking complete and utter bilge.

That's a bit unfair Da! He was a champion of the people and was instrumental in stopping the sale of the club to the yanks whilst Phil and the trust stood by and did nothing!

When someone says “If we survive next season”, I assume they mean survive from being relegated, not survive bubonic plague or a nuclear war.

Did I watch any of those 3 matches Ki missed? Only the Southampton one.

Jonjo also missed the West Ham and Chelsea games, so possibly it was Jonjo we missed more than Ki, or having both out the same time did not help.

Jonjo did return for the Southampton game — we won against the 3rd placed team in the PL, and probably the form team at the time — I was well happy with that performance, if you were not, then maybe you’re the PLASTIK, whatever that may be.

I’d say Cork was more important to Jonjo’s form since February, or maybe the public bollocking from GM did the trick, who knows.
