Was I on drugs in 2013/14 when Liverpool (who weren't in Europe) did exactly that? Nope...

They have finally found a proper proven striker to replace Suarez & James Milner on a Free was without doubt the smartest bit of business they've done in a while...

Chelsea although an excellent team - haven't strengthened too much...everyone wants to beat the Champions...

So... Who's on drugs???

Chelsea didn't finish 4th though they finished 3rd in 2013/14.

Liverpool will have European football this year too whereas two years ago they did not. 2013/14 was Mourinho's first season back at Chelsea too. Liverpool have not replaced Suarez either, he is in the top 10 footballers worldwide and they don't have anybody near that at the moment. They have lost Gerrard too, he wasn't great last year but 2013-14 was very good.

Plus behind the scenes a lot has changed at Anfield.

Also if you think other teams have strengthened compared to Chelsea, surely you would rate Man U above Liverpool?

I think Liverpool with improve this season but not enough to threaten the title race.

If Man City can keep Aguero fitter for longer than Chelsea can Costa then they will run them close. Arsenal as well will be up there but I still think they need a better option than Giroud up front.

Man United are a bit of an unknown this season for me, their midfield is definitely a lot stronger with the signings they have made but losing RVP has left them a bit thin up top.

I have my doubts about the drugs Brentford? they have sold half of the play off team, unknown manager, I think they could go down! Chelsea, Derby, Blades and Portsmouth

I d be quite happy for any club to finish above Citeh and chelski as they look set to dominate for a generation and that can t be good.

I d like Burnely to come straight back up

Sheff Utd to leave L2 and not at all arsed about L3

but would like a Wrexham or Tranmere to exit the conference.

I want us to have a real go at the FA cup this time but sadly can see Man Utd getting this.

Opinion anyway
