That's nothing compared to Tata/Corus/British Steel as near back as 10 years ago.
Clock in, get your head down for a couple of hours. Send out for a takeaway meal, eat it, get your head down for a few hours. Wake up, have a walk around your area carrying a spanner or an empty box. Go back to the messroom, have something else to eat, have a game of cards or darts, go for another walk around, shower, home. |  |

Flexitime was good, wasnt at the place I was working long enough to build up time off but it's great that you can come in early and leave early, come in late and leave late or work longer Mon-Thurs days and take a half day Friday. |  |
