Sociopath?.......Bang on!...........The guy has zero conscience, remorse, morals, honesty, decency etc........... Iraq?............. The way Blair refuses to except any blame/responsibility whatsoever for the current dire situation out there in the Middle East (ISIS) absolutely beggars belief!
To further add to the complete and utter lunacy of it all?........The fact he then accepted/ took on the role of Middle East peace envoy after his Iraq escapade really reinforces the sociopath accusation? 99,99999% would have completely refused a role like that if they themselves were the instigators of the so widely recognised mayhem, suffering and carnage.
I often seriously wonder if you can add criminally insane to the sociopath labeling also? He must be criminally insane? Surely he must be?....He's a stark raving lunatic? No sh*t!

Criminally insane? Possibly yes. I think the other word you are looking for is PSYCOPATH ,he has all the hallmarks of one for sure.
