Curbishley was manager of Charlton for 15 years and did brilliantly to take a club of that size into the Premier League and keep them there with relative comfort.
I understood what is referred to as the "Alan Curbishley"phenomena as being Charlton fans getting bored of the same old, same old and thinking the grass would be greener with a different manager.
Garry Monk has been our manager for less than two years so I don't see the parallels. It may be that my understanding of the AC phenomena isn't correct though. I'm certainly not bored of the same manager getting mid table finishes in the PL.
I am concerned about our recent results and particularly concerned about the manner in which they have been obtained. |  |
