Just put a list together off the H&B site 120 glucosamine 19.00. 2 bottles includes bottle for a penny 480 cod liver oil 15.50 as above 200 garden turmeric 14.00 as above Total £48.50 Pikey's option is a far better deal. notsure if either are just one a day though, which is obviously better.

Joint Aids on 11:05 - May 8 with 1346 views | pikeypaul | Yes all 1 a day. They are not on prescription because they are diet supplements and not medical drugs for specific conditions. Like a previous poster stated you do feel it if you forget to take them so I know they work for me.

Joint Aids on 09:19 - May 12 with 1258 views | Starsky | I've ordered and now received mine as per Pikey's post. I must say that the 1400mg turmeric tabs are tiny compared to the monster size 1500mg glucosamine tabs.

Haven't you heard that size isn't important in performance? Let me know if this ends up having widespread approval as I have painful arthritic knuckles.

Way back in January... Told me to lose some weight and basically walk it off. I'm in slight discomfort rather than pain when sat in the house. It feels like a bruise on the inside edge of my left knee. Towards the front. It's twisting or turning that sets it off. I feel I damaged it by accidental pressure on the knee joint, flexing it outwards/sideways if you know what I mean. Through driving long distances. It an automatic car and my left leg just stayed in one position, kinda leaning sideways. 640 mile journey finished me off.

I'm happy to say that my left knee issues have settled right down, still some discomfort experienced after walking any distance, but its a vast improvement thankfully, I have managed to avoid kneeling a lot lately so that has obviously helped.
