Yeah probably right, I had trouble with my right knee and they flushed it out and scraped it, 3 ops later and its a lot better, but I've been told by the Physio in the Hospital that the procedure has now been stopped.

That website looks legit to me. Pictures of random people in doctors outfits, outlandish quotes from smiling, laughing, little old ladies. The word science in quotation marks every time it appears. The claim that people who were clinically disabled are now suddenly able to play tennis several times a week. How can anybody dispute such factual evidence?

Joint Aids on 14:54 - Apr 3 with 2301 views | waynekerr55 | Eat plenty of oily fish, failing that take code liver oil and glucosamine. Try to strengthen the muscles around the knee joint. You won't be pain free as having 3 ops means you'll be managing it until you have a knee replacement Do you wear knee pads when you work?

I always kneel on something under my knees, can't really use knee pads as they cause pain at the back of the knee, not sure whats wrong with left knee it seems more like ligaments than cartilage.

Ask your GP to tell you what exactly you've had done. If it's your lateral meniscus (cartilage) then no wonder you're having grief

He's bleeding hopeless. told me to stay on Ibuprofen for 3 weeks then get back to him if no improvement and he'll send me for an x-ray which is useless, it'll show any arthritis but nothing else.
