Sky sources understand they have agreed a fee of £4.75m with Queens Park Rangers to sign Leroy Fer.
And Swansea are also close to completing the signing of Mike van der Hoorn from Ajax. Sky sources understand the defender is due in the UK tomorrow to complete his medical ahead of a £2m move. | | | |
