How do you know that. ?
If your going on the shareholders agreement then 5% guaranteed a place on the board didnt it ? . The club has had directors for years that have no shares at all.

Afraid not Dougie, and understand that expertise can be invited onto the board at any time without shares but my understanding is that you have to have 5%or more to guarantee a seat | | | |
