More credibility to the Chadli/new winger rumours?

CF: Ayew, McBurnie

Wings: Montero, Routledge, Barrow, Dyer, Emnes..

That's really light for a senior team. Would love to sign two strikers and at least one winger, possibly get rid of Emnes.

He's not.

(Based on the last 12 months. Hopefully he'll push on.)

Realising wages expenditure that can be utilised towards the wages of incoming quality players.

Not really got much of a track record anywhere outside the u21's. A good six months at Northampton could lead to a recall or a better loan elsewhere for the rest of the season.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Hasn't looked close to the required standard in pre season so far so reckon this is a good move for him.

Just a six-month loan so we could very well see him back in the squad in the second half of the year.

Gorre.. 100k loan fee.. rising to 200k.. wages paid

Hedges.. 40k loan fee.. wages paid
Shepherd.. 50k loan fee.. wages paid
Gomis.. 200k loan fee.. rising to 500k.. wages paid
Bartley.. 100k loan fee.. rising to 300k.. wages paid
Grimes.. 100k loan fee.. rising to 300k.. wages paid

635k.. rising to a potential 1.385 million

with savings of 4.4 million on wages.

With a potential 5.7 million earned for the year.

Alberto Paloschi went for 5 million, with the potential to rise to 6.5 million
Eder went for 3.5 million, with the potential to rise to 5.5 million
all the youth released.

8.5 million.. rising to a potential 12 million

with wage savings of around 3.5 million

..

We have spent roughly 5 million
and added around 3.5 million in wages

8.5 million used.. out of 17 million

That's 8 million left if you take out the new contract increases. without dipping into our transfer budget.. so that's around 28 million.. considering our budget has always been around 20 million..

28 million in the bank.. no activity 2 weeks before the season has started.

anyone remember hearing how Gorre did at ADO Den Haag?

league one would be a step down, would it not? he's a year older and no longer a kid. you'd have to think it wasn't a productive season for him if he's only going to be in League 1.

hoping for the best, but it doesn't seem like the right direction to be headed.

He struggled to break into the Den Haag first team.. let's see what he's capable of at senior level, at a fairly competitive standard.. see how he fares, a few Championship clubs were interested.. but game time will be more frequent at Northampton

thanks for that.

yes, this will be a big few months for Kenji. if he shows promise, he could find himself involved with the first team during the second half of the season. if not, i fear these loans will keep coming.

The only thing of note he did at Den Haag:

A good move for Kenji, think he'll do really well there and then move up to a Championship club for the rest of the season, hopefully pushing onto our first team in 2017-18.
