Is the Swans job a stepping stone for Giggs? on 17:53 - Sep 26 with 637 views | Jango | It's no different to the way Rodgers and Martinez went about their moves to Liverpool and Wigan. As Darren has said, it's the way football is from both sides, whether it's morally right or not.

No - it is exactly the same. Both are to do with behaving properly or not. You are excusing one as being what everyone does and yet the other is also what everyone does.

Yes, it really is. Perhaps if Guidolin was your mate you might decide it was the same?

Rodgers and Martinez were probably annihilated on here for being devious toads at the time? We are behaving in the same way.

Is the Swans job a stepping stone for Giggs? on 12:53 - Sep 26 by Darran | I'm not getting why it's classless it's football in the 21st century. It happens everywhere. |
It doesn't make it less classless that it's the 21st century and it happens elsewhere in football. We want our club to make us proud on and off the field.

We are currently struggling and HJ is thinking of appointing a manager that has very little managerial experience. Sorry, it is a car crash waiting to happen. [Post edited 26 Sep 2016 19:26]

Is the Swans job a stepping stone for Giggs? on 11:48 - Sep 26 by deanscfc | Already the 'stepping stone' articles begin and he isn't even our manager. Appointing Giggs as manager would see the beginning of some dark times for our club I think. We have a very experienced coach, far far better than Giggs but we have a limited playing squad due to lack of investment. This American takeover is already looking quite bad for us. |
A good honest assessment of our present situation

yeah, I think the disappointment is because we thought we were different - good philosophy, structure, approach to transfers and growth at some point in the last 2-3 years a lot of that started to crumble and we are now playing spin the wheel with all the other lower mid table teams. and 3 of those will go down. it seemed for a brief moment the appointment of FG at the expense of a big tkt signing before Summer signalled we were trying to return to something. then the big summer reshuffle seemed to involve loads leaving as they weren't our type of players, but not really replaced adequately with our type of players. and so 6 matches in - 6 matches??? (and maybe after 3 or 4 the murmurs started) we are in a crisis and calling for the managers head. 4-6 matches having had months to plan and instigate a strategy. no wonder fans (apart from the dullards) find it hard to vent their fury on FG but more bemused our well thought out strategy and philosophy appears to have been lost.
