I'd say possibly Trollope next.
I like the guy, he's a good coach. As a manager, think he's weak. The 5-3-2 wasn't a bad system, it needed tweaking - wingbacks were far too defensive, no central defender bringing ball out of back to give extra body in midfield.
Switched to 4-3-3 out of expediency, mostly due to the fans getting on his back. Should have stuck to his guns. |  |
