Their lack of communication with the Trust has done them few favours, but I can't help wondering if they're just as pissed off by certain things going on as we are. It'll be interesting to find out just how much they knew about the shareholder agreements before the takeover for example.
Potential legal action from the Trust may turn out to be the least of the departing shareholders worries. |  |
