To much pressure placed on them in the media and then them believing they've made it, that's then not helped by the ridiculous fees that clubs are happy to pay for them, leave them alone and let them grow at their own pace with just a hint of the occasional push in the right direction, it won't happen though and that's one of the many things that's wrong with the game. | |

Yeah I think he's a very good player. Just been praised too much too early, and that may hamper his progress significantly, but I expect him to come good. Shaw too, to be honest, if he can get over his injuries. | |
