Lee Rigby witness on 13:53 - Oct 28 with 1780 views | perchrockjack | Being the complex contradictory fecker I am ,Ive been ambilovent as regards death sentence. In this case I find it morally reprehensible these weren't given a capital punishment. It wouldn't bother them, they d be seen as martyrs ,which is fine, but the public ,that s you me and the liberal super moralists would argue that its motally wrong for the State to take life. Morally, many were sickened to see this on screen. Ive seen the aftermaths of fatal stabbing and been to countless PMs and it s something coppers deal with but members of the public are deeply affected by this and you don't know until you witness such incidents. Trust me, the smell is what you remember. Death is becoming sanitised by the media and in Games. Nothing beats the real thing . Those who advocate clemency ,rehabilitation .understanding ,pastoral care of Killers like this need to feel or see the effect of a knife driven deep into human flesh . And finally , no gallows humour . First murder I was first on scene was one where a 14 yr girl was raped ,strangled, and had her tights rammed into her mouth. The killer was out before I finished my service . Its always stayed with me

They've probably had Friday prayers today with prayer mats and then gone back to their cells for a lie down and if there's no death penalty they should be in a concrete cell sleeping on a concrete floor but that would be too much for some. There's absolutely no reason why this pair of c*nts should be treated humanely but some will no doubt disagree.

Lee Rigby witness on 16:23 - Oct 28 with 1548 views | Dr_Winston | If death would make them martyrs then why give it to them? Being left to rot away for hopefully the next sixty years in Supermax style solitary confinement would be a much more suitable punishment.
| Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back. |

It's a pity there isn't a wild windswept island a hundred or so miles offshore in the North Atlantic where we could house a good 10,000 of our most repugnant criminals. Pay the screws top dollar like oil rig workers a month on a month off. A place where when you are sent there, you know that's the end, the only way out is in a box. That may act as a deterrent

The oft repeated argument in this area is that being against capital punishment means that someone is somehow defending the crime or the criminal. I don't agree with quite a lot of Ebo's views but to insinuate that he'd somehow defend the people responsible for this act is beyond the pale. As you said to me the other day, UJ, I'm surprised at you. You're usually better than that.
