If it transpired that people found out I had trousered 110k for a role I and my organisation have been proclaiming I did for free, plus news getting out that I was cosying up to former directors in direct conflict with the Trust in probably the most important time in the clubs recent history - I too would want to get out of dodge ASAP and get as far away from the position as I could. His position was untenable, the Trust have acted in the only way it could - lets replace, move on. |  |

I think we have to now or it will destroy us. What needed to happen has happened, there are other members of the trust not squeaky clean in all this but hopefully they will learn lessons and we can come together for what I assume is going to be a fight against the Americans at some point in the future, even though I recognise we are only a watching brief now and don't really have any power as such. But its almost worth the Trust sticking around in order to publicise the dodgy dealing that would otherwise have been swept under the carpet. | |

Given the level of vitriole thrown at the trust and individual members, I'd not be surprised if there was some plan to create a "new" Trust, infiltrate the existing Trust and try to make a coup d'etat. It worked so well for Momentum and Labour after all... | |
