We either appoint a new manager this week capable of keeping us up or we are most definitely doomed. This is the moment of truth for the yanks. Your call - make it now !

Last international break for a few months. The next one is months away.

Swansea City, THE Austerity Club.

Can't see it happening, but I agree if these guys have an ounce of sense they need to admit their mistake and bring in an experienced manager now.
That said, any manager will struggle with this squad and their lack of confidence

No way will they sack him, even if we lose the next 27 games.

I don't understand what anyone would gain from purposely seeing the club lose their status, as would happen if Bob stays in charge ?
Their £110 million share purchase would be worth far less and we have very few saleable assets - Curt's kettle is the most valuable thing the club owns aside from the players

They employed him because he's an American, they won't sack him for exactly the same reason.

I'm fairly sure that they'd sack him well before then. Probably around eight straight defeats I reckon.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Perhaps someone at the club could drip-feed lies about his health to the press?

Nah, that would never happen...

I heard he skipped training this week to watch the baseball World Series.
