I'm told Dan James is rapid and could be getting a chance soon.

Hopefully a new manager is there before the next game to make the correct decisions, not our current lucky dip selections.

Swansea City, THE Austerity Club.

I'm not sure we can afford to keep him.

He's no quicker than Montero, Barrow, Owain Jones, probably a few others. Rapid isn't the first word that would come to mind.

A real talent, just needs a bit more size to be able to really compete in senior mens football.

He was on the bench last week at Stoke. Could have given him 5-10 minutes at the end, but BB decided it was a good idea to bring Cork on

Poll: Should the official match day thread include pictures?

Not seen Owain Jones but I would class both Montero and Barrow as pretty rapid!

I'm sure there's a couple of PL fullbacks that would agree!

Well yeah, Montero, Barrow and Jones are rapid.

James isn't slow or anything, but there are stronger elements to his game than pure pace imo. Decent technically, quick change of direction, can go both ways/play with both feet. Added goals to his game over the last year or so.

I'm a big fan. He's that rare sort of youth player that has excelled above his age group without the advantage of an early growth spurt to place him above his peers. You have to be talented to stand out (in a good way) as a 17 year old playing u21s football when a foot shorter and half the weight of every other player on the pitch.

He also retweeted me after I praised him for a performance last season so he's a good egg.
