Site becoming unstable? 13:44 - Nov 11 with 882 views

Seems to be running slow and I keep winning iPads from some anonymous site every hour or so. It is then a buggar to get rid of the damn thing. It is the same on my iPad and Android phone. Anyone else having problems?

I've had problems with this site on my iPad for years. Some pages take a long time to load and the problem is random.

I don't get these problems on other sites.

The speed of the site is pretty slow sometimes, even on a high speed connection. I think this is down to the database or memory size, not sure if there are extensions installed on Planet Swans but these can slow down php built forums, not sure what platform PS runs on (.net maybe?).

I use adblock for Chrome on my MacBook and get no ads/pop ups etc... but still get slow response times even on a 50mbps connection.
