The Sunderland game was not sold out over 200 tickets unsold before the kick off. That is why the attendance was only 20,403 which meant at least 250 people who had tickets did not turn up and 200 unsold tickets.

The club state it sold out. Those tickets sold before the game.

That is not what the ticket WEB site said at 2:59

Some was lost due to the matting over the seats in the north.

West Ham is sold out, you can't buy those 6 seats, they appear every game and some in the upper usually (as can be seen on the AFCB ticket page).

Ticket exchange should open soon.
