I didn't think he was going to be any better based on his loan spell with us, buts very apparent that he's developed his game.
When's the last time you saw someone sprint into the wide space to receive the ball from Ollsen to ping that looping cross over for Lloriente to score his second. Very impressed.

Also I would imagine that our recently acquired ex Spurs coach assistant would have given his opinion to PC to rubber stamp his signing.

Not really why do you think Levi gave him a contract so he could sell him on.
And it was unlikely that Carroll would have said to Spurs no to a contract extension I want to go to Swansea on a free.
