In this case it was not possible,but it is a criminal offence of obtaining money through deception.

How did you pay for them ?
If through paypal, then they are responsible and will get your money back. Dealt through them before and they are great.
If by Direct / Faster payment from your bank, although the payments cannot be reversed worth speaking to your bank to trace payment.
Likewise if by cheque, ask bank to do a trace.
If by debit card, speak to card issuers and explain what has happened and they may be able to get it back from the payee.
If (and the most unlikely) by credit card Section 75 applies and your CC company is jointly liable with the payee
