With Italy, I believe it's possible for the 17/18 season. Especially if Italy out-scores England in this year's competition (particularly with 12/13 scores being removed from the calc - which England did well on)

Although from 18/19, the top 4 countries will get 4 places each. Which removes this "problem". There was a lot of noise when this was announced last year - not entirely sure it was ratified(?)

Thank you. It doesn't concern us directly, but if we survive this season it could have implications with Europa League places in the future.

Same if Leicester win the CL. If they both win their respective competitions, the fourth placed team gets bumped to the Europa. |  | | |
