Borja was 23, but i still find it strange that a prolific goalscorer in Spain always seemed to be out on loan? You would have thought that at that age, if Athletico Madrid really rated him, then they would have brought him into their squad. I've always said that there's something really weird about this transfer, but i honestly can't put my finger on it. Maybe a load of brown envelopes passed around before the cvnts sold out?
