Funny you should say that I was talking to my mate yesterday about the time he'd 'borrowed' his fathers moped when he was 14 crashed it got arrested had probation and banned from driving for a year,banned for a year even though he wasn't old enough to drive. | |

Plods are also advised arrest is a last measure .
Bail has become a dirty word too so more knobs are let loose into your community
