Mixed feelings...I find most of her political right wing views abhorrent (if anyone can quote me condoning these views please post them up here for all to see) :)
My main contention is with European bureaucracy, I would like to have seen a major shake up of the EU in Brussels. Only by the French voting to leave like we did would have spelled the beginning of the end for the EU bureaucrats...in my view they would then have had to have brought in big major reforms, also possibly giving us an easier Brexit...but thats a different story.
The only way the EU would have sat up and took notice is with Le Pen (well spotted Warwick) as president.
As it is it will just be business as usual under Macron and more tougher terms for us as we leave...just my opinion...

He's almost made a career of speaking at various events on platforms with anti-semites, Holocaust deniers. If he accepts invitations to speak on the same platform as such people, you can only charitable say he's too incompetent to research people he speaks alongside.
