I always liked MALT, but I tried some ASPELL'S cider vinegar in Newark and it was a taste sensation!!!

Mint sauce goes well with many things not just lamb.

I ALWAYS like CRANBERRY sauce with LAMBB.

Personally,I like eating lamb with Rosemary...don't know if she feels the same ...

Mint sauce is not my choice, often see people putting it on all sort of different meals.

This OP made me think of why I grow mint, it must have been included in a job lot that I bought with other herbs.
It's tonights meal, lamb cooked with sprig of rosemary.

Agree. Wife looks at me mental when I put mint on anything other than lamb. I use whatever's left for my bread and gravy.

Grow some fresh mint, it's easy and grows like hell.
Chop it up small.
Add malt vinegar and HOT water
Add a sweetener to every 250ml.
Let it cool, then use it.

Love it with vinegar or non brewed condiment is even betters (it's just watered down Acetic acid with some caramel colouring ffs)

Mint sauce should be added in large helpings to any dinner with gravy. Those reserving it for lamb are missing out.
