Similar comments to previous posts. Been on the waiting list a few years, or so I thought, until a work colleague told me they renew the waiting list on 1st December each year. Nobody told me ever told me that in the ticket office when I enquired in person!
I've emailed the ticket office several times and written a letter twice over the last few years but never had a response.
Wife had to wait more than 2.5hrs on the phone at a cost of £11.20 today to buy tickets.
Customer service is very poor. Can't think of much worse. Leaves a bad taste

Not so sure about that, more down to the ineptitude of the ticket office. Ive been trying to get a season ticket for years, kept getting told youd hear in June.... and then never hearing, being told multiple times id not submitted the form for the waiting list. Which Id done a number of times before.
Just how the club is run i'm afraid. |

I was 13th in the queue when I rang at 9.45am yesterday. Took 1hr and 36 minutes to get through.
I then got a nice £60 bill from Vodafone for the pleasure.
However I did manage to get 1 extra season ticket for my youngest boy to add to my two as the seat next to me was free! What were the chances. And on a bonus note..... I complained to Vodafone and they refunded me the £60! Amazeballs.
