Since our Premier League survival is now confirmed I thought it was about time that we look positively to the future for those legendary £5 million Jenkins' Specials. Who knows? First entry is the bi-annual "is Bony coming home?" rumour. The Daily Mail reports that City are ready to sell for £15 million with us and the Hammers ready to start negotiations.

I think a loan would be the only option. His likely transfer fee would be £20 million +, something i can't see us paying unfortunately, but he is a quality player and I'd like to have him here.
He's not going to get much game time with City, so he will be seeking a move, although as you say, on loan is probably favorable for him and City and Huw's purse ... | | | |
