Got to be Everton surely if for no other reason the greatest escape really was on

Palace at home.

That's the one that gave me belief that anything was possible.

Home game - Palace for obvious reasons. #stayforthe90
Away game - Liverpool. I honestly went there expecting to concede 5 but ended up winning by the odd goal in 5. Plus I didn't get my hubcaps pinched.

Palace overall though.

For me it's palace home. Emotional in so many ways for me.

I'd just lost my dad, a fellow jack so was a whirlwind of emotion.

I'll never forget that game.

Definitely Palace at home - I could quite happily sit there and watch it all over again, knowing the ending. I was a wreck at the final whistle first time around!

Just adding Burnley at home and that late winner. From relegation to hope

Oh and of course the Burnley game where my boy was mascot. Can't forget that lol.

Similar game in a way.

Anfield in January, no question for me.

* 1st league victory there
* most unexpected result of the season
* first time we really got to see how PC was going to get the defending sorted

Poll: Biggest signing so far in January? (just curious what Planet Swans thinks)

Stoke at home

King leon returns to show the way

Arnautovic misses a pen then 60 seconds later Carroll secures the first points for several games

One of a handful of games me and the eldest came down for and we could tell that we had a chance of staying up simply because leon was back

Ps we need a replacement asap or another decent midfielder with Carroll taking over leons role

I'd say Burnley at home.

Palace was mental but more because of how bad both teams were. Against Burnley we showed real resilience and guts after one of the worst refereeing decisions ever and proved we had the fight to stay up.

Probably one of the two home games I missed.

Palace or Everton.

In its way Spurs at home was a great game, as was Arsenal away for my lads' first proper away trip.

I'll go for Burnley at home for drama and passion.

Game of the season is not the same as key game.

I thought Stoke home was simply routine with the exception of their pen.

In which case it'd have to be Palace home for me. In my 30+ years watching the club I don't recall seeing anything like it.

Most important game would be Palace away. If we'd lost that it was game over imho.

Most exciting game for sure. Hell it was about the most exciting game of any sport that I've ever seen. Will remember it on my deathbed.

But that doesn't change the fact that both sides' defending was embarrassingly bad that day. Another reason I picked the Liverpool win.

Watched the Swans since the 70's and never seen a game like Palace. I was so p8ssed off at 3 - 4 and then on cloud 9 and needing oxygen!

No doubt about it, Palace at home. Went through the wringer that day. Never walked away from a game and was lost for words like that. Just a stupid grin till I got home. 🤗 Mrs Mute couldn't understand why!

Tough call between Burnley (because of the ridiculous penalty decision) and Palace home (because of the sheer madness). Speaking of the 70s - hard to beat home game v Stockport County in 1977, 4-0 down, drew 4-4.
