Ever since my son was... never conceived, because I've never had consensual sex without money involved... I've always kind of looked at you as... a thing, that I could live next to... in accordance with state laws.

Force feeding is a pretty gruesome process, painful as f*ck too. Good enough for the kunt.

Thank you, goodnight and bollocks

Very true loyal.

It's why evil feckers like him should be hounded to their grave

Watching boy blue tonight also made me pretty angry even though I knew it's content and had two friends ( ex plod) in the Jury scenes.

Bottom line ....sentences and punishments are nowhere near appropriate

Yeah but they were feeding him a whole watermelon.

In the case of Brady his 51 years of imprisonment were a greater punishment than hanging. He had long expressed a wish to die which was prevented. A true psychopath who lacked any compassion or humanity.

This.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

But the fact he lived 51 yrs wherever and however, is what his murdered kids didn't .

Their families suffered unspeakable torture of the mind whilst he was alive.

They wanted him executed

They were justified to believe that

We are not justified to see victims families suffer in this way

Man s shame is we allow this grotesque distortion of justice

...and plenty myself included would have pulled the lever

I'll disagree with you on that. But sentences for serious crimes should reflect what the crime was and I would argue that any crime of serious physical or sexual violence removes that individuals human rights as they deprived that of the victim. No TV, no special treatment, no consideration of religion etc. Brady could not be rehabilitated so there is an argument that capital punishment is merited-but that's quick and does not allow the individual to reflect and suffer either.

Some scrote nicked one of my son's mates bike off our drive last night-I would put someone (even at 14) away for a week and be forced to work to replace the bike-I am not a soft liberal just don't believe in the death penalty.

Take your point Paul .
I never was fully in favour of capital punishment mainly because of operation or judicial screw ups but now Im not so sure.
Think watching the Rhys Jones defenders in Court led to my making that Post . Scrotes like Mercer should have been given a Thirty year term and another five for contempt of Court.

The Judge insulted all present by allowing their pisstaking in a trial of a murdered boy.

Criminals, trust me, are not punished as they should be.

Too many are inside when they could do unpaid hard work and not enough go down for serious crimes that impact significantly

It's us or them

They ...are winning right now

Rich

I agree- my belief in socialism is in equality of opportunity, not that I think this what is being offered by Corbyn. The opportunity needs hard work to be realised. Too many take and think they have a right. Everything is earned by someone, including benefits people receive. My wife had a fit when she found out how much tax I paid last year.

I have no sympathy for those who kill, maim, rape or abuse yet the courts still seem to punish crime against property more than against a person. Its our rights not the criminals that should be protected.

What a guy you are

I could spend all night with you debating and chatting

I couldn't agree more over sentencing and you know my background

However, those who have lost property ,I've life savings, ARE brutalised and sentences need to reflect that

Yours is a good socialism albeit one not espoused by Corbyn . I suppose in some ways I am a socialist or a fascist

Possibly both

I blame Chapel and cold vestries

Next season, we must meet up

My wife ,bless her, is the only chum I have up here now to go to games ,when I'm not sulking...which is often

Thanks ..great exchange

Ah, I see where you're coming from. You like socialism but not Corbyn so you're going to vote fascist instead for Teresa. You're a mixed up person alright.
