If it's rolling, Dean hasn't got a choice but to pull it back for a retake. There's no grey area. If he was being picky, he could;ve booked Nordfelt the 2nd time for "delaying the restart of play" - i.e. what most call "time-wasting" (Yes, I'm a former referee :)
As a professional footballer, Nordfelt should be beyond such basic errors. |  |
