Biggest difference to Clement and Bob/Monk is everything is "we " not "i" You straight away get the idea he's a smart bloke and understands football is a collective effort, a leader.
Anyway, hopefully the club back him 100% as i think his credibility is high enough that other clubs will come knocking the moment we fook him about .

That was one of the first things I noticed when Monk took charge and felt it wouldn't go well with him. Even posted it at the time.
Clement is the complete opposite and sees himself at the head of a large collective TEAM.
