If legal action is voted for, does it mean the court case will run through the 17/18 season which could be disruptive to the club especially if we are dragged into a relegation battle? |
If,as a last resort according to some,legal action is taken,you can probably bank on the court case running through 17/18,18/19,seasons at least,probably 19/20,20/21 seasons too if Blackpool's current case is anything to go by.
Blackpool's current case is listed for a 5 week trial.
The ball is in the new owners court,they can bring an end to this dispute overnight,all i assume they have to do is treat the Trust exactly the same as every other shareholder,which is what they should have done in the very beginning. |  |
