Apparently he is an attacking midfielder. Mondays Mirror said Everton were looking to sign two attacking midfielders to replace Ross Barkley who had refused a new £100k a week contract. The second player the Mirror named was Gylfi.

That would be crazy money, but it's obviously a crazy market. We've got kids with hardly and experience going for £15-20m, so anwhere round £20m for Siggy would be daylight robbery. |  | | |

Yes, Swansea turned down 2.5X that for Gylfi just last summer. And allegedly 3+X that in January. And while no number was reported on the Chelsea attempt to buy Llorente, I would imagine it was in that range.
And weren't they offered more than 10M for Michu in 2013? I don't recall for sure, to be honest.
Besides, how many times have the Swans been offered 8 figures for anyone? Allen, Bony, Shelvey, Ash, Ayew, and who else? | |
