I am a sad barstuard with time on my hands and I Googled it. Allowing for the wear and tear on the ref number I reckon it could be part of a Samsung television stand.
Don't rule out parts falling off commercial aircraft however. I used to work in warehouse and we found a mysterious bolt in the floor one morning. Looking up there was a small hole in the roof above it. Seems it came from an aircraft. We have a lot of hardware flying above us....
