one tomorrow. Then EFL cup then FA cup. Tough games too. It has to give us the advantage.
Man city have an extra game before we play them too. They have two to our one.
Leicester have additional games and they play Seville in the champions league the Wednesday after they play us on the Sunday(edit mistake its a week later), surely it will affect their performance against us.
All this gives us great chance to get some much needed wins
Play the fringe and U23 to give the first team a rest, or play our best team to maintain team spirit and momentum. I favour the latter, let PC get them playing together as he wants. Maybe give Siggy a rest, he's run his self ragged
Around 78 minutes a peregrine falcon flew round the top of the stadium a couple of times and landed in the North stand girders, Then flew off a couple of minutes later. Highlight of the game for me tbh.
Some of the language posted on here recently is a bit "ripe" and despite using substitute letters from other alphabets leaves little to the imagination. It reflects badly on the PlanetSwans community IMHO.
None of this nonsense of playing fringe players, let's try and win both of them. Obviously if we start to struggle in the league it would need a change of priorities, but let's try to win something. I'd love another day at Wembley. We had tough draws fora couple of years, but last two FA cups we just blew it with horrible Bartley errors Put the first team out every match and go for it. Btw home league cup games should be fiver a ticket. Try to fill the ground .
I heard an article on Radio 4 this morning about the success of legalising Cannabis in Denver, Colorado its earning a lot of revenue and taxes for the state. I just wonder if the Assembly could do the same, i.e legalise it in Wales, grow and process in Port Talbot perhaps in old steelworks buildings. ?
We went to explore the University Bay Campus, see what's there. We Went to the cafe overlooking the sea, first floor at the far end of the great hall. Classy joint, but limited opening hours at the moment. It's got a really nice feel, the cafe felt a bit deserted probably because it only opened on Tuesday and the students are on holiday. Give it a try for a coffee and cake if you like that kind of thing, all the crockery, fittings, furniture are top notch and the staff were pleasant. Licensed.
