I'm surprised this isn't being talked about more, but what's happening with us appointing Paul Watson and getting rid of Winter & Marsh?

Everything has gone very quiet on this since Coleman's weird Tweet.

I hope the Trust comes out strongly after todays absolute shower...

There should be anti-sell outs and anti-yanks protest organised for 30 mins prior and 30 mins after the game.

Support the team and Potter during the 90 mins.

Apparently we’re looking at him. Attacking Midfielder at Norwich. Welsh International. One of our old youth products. Had a couple of great years at Barnsley but hasn’t played as much as he’s hoped since moving to Carrow Road.

Is HJ leaving immediately in the best interests of the club?

Controversial I know. And to clarify I absolutely think he needs to leave.

However, an immediate resignation would leave a big void and we need to work out manager/player situation pretty pronto if we are going to mount a challenge next season. The Yanks have shown nothing to suggest they would make a good appointment to fill this void.

So ask yourself, who do you trust more to steer the ship over the next few months, Huw or the Yanks (Pearlman et al)?

Ideal scenario in my mind: On Sunday evening, HJ announces he will be leaving in September but will stay in post over the summer to help transition.

Thoughts?

Realistic managerial targets

Now it's been confirmed Carlos is off... who will be in the frame for the job?

I imagine those interviewed will include:
- Graham Potter
- Mark Warburton
- Chris Coleman
- Colin Pascoe
- Graeme Jones
- Paul Hurst
- Mikel Arteta
- Cameron Toshack

I think the most sensible appointment would be Warburton but I suspect it might go to one of our old assistants in Pascoe or Jones.

Borussia Dortmund have pulled the plug on Andre Schurrle's two-year loan to Swansea because Andrey Yarmolenko was injured in training yesterday, according to Sky sources.

The former Chelsea midfielder has been linked with Newcastle and West Brom in this window.

Schurrle appears to be surplus to requirements at Dortmund and has started just two Bundesliga games this season.

On MOTD2, Kilbane said,"Swansea look like a top 4 side"

But do you think we could challenge for top 4 this season? If we're lucky with injuries, I do think we could finish in Europen places but top 4 would be too far.
