Leicester City are reported to be looking to hijack the Swans deal for Leroy Lita

Lita is a target for Swansea City after they agreed a fee with Middlesbrough for the striker but it is now reported that they face competition from Leicester for the striker.

The Daily Star reports that Sven Goran Erikkson is prepared to make a deal worth £15k per week for Lita - a fee that the Swans are surely prepared to match to get their man with the lure of Premier League football being the key swayer in the decision?

Boro boss Tony Mowbray suggested the other day that the Swans may not be able to agree terms with Lita and almost hinted that he may be back at Boro for the start of their season next week
