Swans Under-21s Lose At Yeovil Wednesday, 5th Aug 2015 06:31 by Planet Swans (follow us on Twitter @swansnews) The Swansea Under-21 squad lost their latest friendly on the summer against Yeovil Town but were certainly not disgraced by the 3-2 scoreline that they achieved. As the Under-21s prepared for their own season opener next Monday against West Brom they headed to the South West with a strong looking team that included Josh Vickers who remains at the club as a goalkeeper after being released by Arsenal. First half goals from Henry Jones and Alex Lacey saw things level at 1-1 at the break, before strikes from Ryan Bird and triallist Brandon Beresford put the home side ahead before a stoppage time consolation for Alex Samuel saw the game end 3-2. SWANSEA CITY (4-2-3-1): Vickers; Roberts (Alfei 72'); Rodon (K. Davies 65'); Kingsley; Hanley; Sheehan; Fulton; Hedges (James 72'); H. Jones (Copp 80'); Barrow; O. Jones (Samuel h/t). Subs: K.
