The Swans are reported - along with Sunderland, Southampton and West Brom - to be interested in making a move for Uruguay world cup defender Martin Caceres who is a free agent.

The defender was released from Juventus during the summer and is attracting much interest at the moment from the Premier League.

The Sunday People report that he is likely to end in the Premier League in the next few weeks and with the Swans thought to be on the look out for another defender there is every chance that he could end up at the Liberty.

Chelsea are being hotly linked with the player because of the connection with Antonio Conte but they are not supposed to be interested in the player.
