Birmingham Interested In Routledge Move
Monday, 16th Jan 2017 21:46 by Planet Swans (follow us on Twitter @swansnews)

Wayne Routledge's time at Swansea could be coming to an end it seems after the newspapers reported that Birmingham City were in talks with the Swans over a £3m move for the wide man.

Routledge, who joined the Swans for our first season in the Premier League has attracted the interest of the Championship side who they see as one of their missing links for the remainder of their campaign.

He has played 200 times for the club, scoring 20 goals since joining in 2011 and has been a regular in the side that has struggled far too often this season.

The Swans have already added a winger to their squad this window in Narsingh and could be tempted to part company with Routledge but I would imagine it would be for another winger coming in as losing and not replacing him would seem to leave us short of options.
