The Boss On The QPR Win
Saturday, 29th Sep 2018 18:25 by Planet Swans (follow us on Twitter @swansnews)

There was never going to be any surprise that Graham Potter would have been a delighted man after watching his side tear apart QPR 3-0 at the Liberty to lift themselves up to 7th in the table.

Goals from Baker-Richardson, Roberts and Fulton secured a comfortable win for a Swansea side that dominated their opposition but it was the fans that Potter was quick to single out for praise when he addressed the press after the game.

“Our supporters have been brilliant. They have stuck with us even though we haven’t given them too much to cheer about at home. I think they have appreciated our effort.

“But today we took a step forward in terms of our performance and what we are trying to do.

“It’s only one step forward. We have another game on Tuesday so we can enjoy this for a nanosecond before we have to start thinking about the next game.

“But I am really proud of the players. They have worked really hard all season and to get three points, three goals and a clean sheet is a reward for them.”
