We also have a good old Gwyn’s eye view. The stat man is back. ⚽️ Some stats from the main man. ⚽️ Referee:Andy Davies: Davies will be assisted by Paul Hodskinson and Bhupinder Singh Gill. Martin Woods will be the fourth official. Below we have an example of a couple of programmes from Gwyn’s collection. You may have to expand image image below but it’s a long trip back in Swans history. ![]() Derby County obviously see this as a huge fixture, and you cannot argue with their recent form under recently appointed, John Eustace. They lay fourth in the last six games played table. The Swans pretty much average ish in fifteenth. The table is not in full. ![]() Derby have sold out their allocation and the Swans have seen an upturn in ticket sales, but it really should be so much better on what will be a good weather day for watching football. The family areas are shockingly unoccupied, and really this is a key area for the club to concentrate on. They have admitted that this week, a week of course where there has been much talking. And a week that needs to move on positvely albeit at a club where it’s clear even more cutbacks are ahead. We are going to cover that more next week. The Swans are really hoping for a healthy walk up pre match. The current league table below is congested to say the least, Cardiff City travel to QPR tomorrow. The fixtures for Oxford United, Luton Town, Hull City and Stoke City could all go against those clubs looking for points at the foot of the table. And Swans fans will be hoping that Derby go the same way. ![]() Despite all that there is another game coming this Wednesday when the Swans take on Plymouth Argyle (7:45pm) Both are winnable, but there is also pressure on the new coaching unit to not only perform and win but win well. They won’t want to be looking at the league table next Thursday morning taking in short and sharp breaths. We hope you enjoyed our Alan Sheehan news this morning, if you missed it click below. It caused a bit of a stir, but as many know now we don’t report it without foundation. And only when the content is redacted to a point where it’s reportable information. We know much went well pre match last Saturday and despite having Alan Sheehan’s selections that morning against Leeds, we witheld them until there was no way any indication could affect Leeds plans. The thousands of views each of our reports get tell us there’s always a sneaky search going on. We will never do anything to cause any issues to both the club nor the people we speak with. If there’s a passing ship we may listen tomorrow, but being first isn’t the way we operate. We have immense trust out there now, including from within the club. We wouldn’t harm that relationship as well as place anyone in any danger of discovery. Team News and latest info in the morning, thanks for supporting the Indy.
