⚽️ Delcroix news

Interim head coach, Alan Sheehan confirmed this news yesterday in his press briefing.

Hull City have no concerns on, Lewie Coyle and John Egan. However, Liam Millar, Mohamed Belloumi, Eliot Matazo and Louie Barry are injured. Oscar Zambrano is suspended. So, some key players there not available. Head coach Ruben Selles may well be looking at the sack if come the end of the season Hull are down. Today’s fixtures hold incredible interest for all those who love the Championship.

What a day for many teams.

There won’t be a change today of any significance, Sheehan has a reliable first eleven pick with Liam Cullen and Zăn Vipotnik the only question mark. Lewis O’Brien and Franco are fit as are centre back pairing Harry Darling and Ben Cabango. Josh Tymon has no reoccurrence of his ankle issues and Josh Sheehan has no problems that we have identified. Yes, this is a huge day in the Championship and we will be there from start to finish and a full match report, stats, team ratings and loads more after the game.

On Alan Sheehan we can say today he is most certainly heading the way to get the permanent managers role, despite other links. Yes, the board are now crossing everything financially elsewhere with another candidate. But he isn’t being interviewed for the head coach role. That process is complete. It’s more about the financials behind it all. We think there will be an announcement next week, and that Sheehan is in a more than favourable position to get the job. This is based on what we know. But there’s no more free radical as folk.

Official team news later.
