This was the reply from NLTV "help" Please could you refresh your page and or close/reopen the app then try again. If this fails to work please clear you cache and update your browser.

This totally misses the point that it was a technical fault at their end and quite widespread too given Jeff Stelling's remark about his inability to watch his beloved Hartlepool.

I'm pressing for at least a partial refund.
