Plenty of areas for improvement in and around the club at present but I think the social media output on Twitter, YouTube and Instagram (to a lesser extent) has been excellent this season.
The player/manager interviews feel much better this season and the content in general is helping to bring the club closer to the fanbase. I'm not familiar with the people who are delivering this content but well done to them. |  | | |  |

A few including myself, have commented why haven't the youth players been utilised more it would be good if Jim could be given the opportunity to explain why this has been the case. [Post edited 7 Jan 11:00]

Supposedly the attitude of many of the youth team players has not been good enough and rewarding this with a place on the bench is not deemed as being appropriate. I suspect Oscar Kelly may have featured if he wasn't injured. |  | | |

Wel that's not good if true, especially when everyone needs to be pulling in the same direction. What is the root of this attitude problem I wonder. | |

Life's different for 'internet natives', with far more distractions and for anyone whose early years didn't include the constant social media pressures, i guess it's not easy to relate to
That's not to say they should be given leeway if there's a genuine attitude problem, just that some may find it more difficult than others to buckle down as they did (e.g. managers/coaches) when they were in their teens
I've wondered if this is how KH's managerial career also started to go astray, with a lesser connection with the young lads coming through than when he started out with Dale |  |
