Unless they've updated it then it won't work on most mobile devices (and many desktop browsers) because it uses Flash. If you're on Windows 10 then Edge browser kinda has Flash working as a default setting so the booking should work with that. [Post edited 10 May 2018 21:01]

Quick heads up on this one Daleys, you need to log in to the system as "you", i.e. using the customer number associated with your seat. Apparently, the system lets you log in and buy things (including the shop) as multiple versions of you if you don't tell it you are you. I have three versions of me (don't ask) and one fella had 7 versions of him (several created by his grandson apparently). Might help solve what appears to be a frustrating problem for quite a few? |  |

Would imagine that'd feel like passing through a black hole and emerging into a multiverse, with several different versions of yourself intermingling with each other and simultaneously asking the same question of the others as that posed by TVOS t' other day:
"Who are you...you...you...you...you...you...you...you?"
