absolute f*cking pisstake of requirements, 7am start at the ground, be there probably before 10am to stand around and do nothing, forced to use coaches, and looks like they're going to try and force people in the blocks nearest the home ends to sit.
Complete f*cking sh*t and ruined what should be the best away day of the season. I can't believe our own fans said this was a good thing, noddy f*cking pr*cks.

What do we reckon it will go down to? It starts on 17 aways. I have always been able to get tickets for games where we get 2000 or more, with 10 aways.

A number of us can’t get a train to Southampton early enough on a Sunday morning, so are going to have a night out in Southampton on Saturday night and stay up there overnight.

I wonder how many the club are going to hold back for sponsors players and friends for this game?
And what’s the betting they’ll have a coach or coaches rather than a double decker bus.
It’s no surprise we have to be at the ground at 7 as Portsmouth had to be at their dumps an hour before the bus departed and the 1st lot we’re at St Mary’s by 9:30 .
Also wonder what the reasoning is around only picking up at Sy Mary’s I’d thought they’d at least give us a couple of options.
On the subject of away tickets and the club holding some back there is now a block of about 25 / 30 tickets available for Norwich on Saturday.
Watford do away groups for away games and on their site it tells you how many supporters are in each group . It’s a shame saints can’t do something similar , every supporter with x amount of away games are guaranteed a ticket if they wanted one . [Post edited 10 Dec 19:17]

I went to that game at Leeds, and it was very early! But I took a flask of coffee, sandwiches, some other refeshments, watched some films on Netflix on my phone sat comfortably on the coach
But to say I can't bring my coffee, some other refreshments or a sandwich for a day from 7am to about 5pm is wrong I think. They can still have a no alcohol policy. Have the bubble, that's understandable but we will all be driven under police escort straight to the ground, I don't see why it has to be such an early start for an away game 12 miles away and can't eat or drink, when we are forced to be on a coach for two hours plus. We have been given the option to spend a load of money at St Mary's for a coffee and some breakfast before the coaches leave. And then spend a load of.money.on drinks at Fratton Park. How kind of them!! £20 for the coach £35 for the ticket and then spend a whole.load more on food and drink as I won't be allowed to bring my own. Difference is however is regional supporters have to say how many tickets within their limits they require for each game prior to tickets going on sale, and members who get tickets allocated are generally from my experience on the same attendance record levels as those who get them using season tickets

But do all these people meet the requirements of having been to 17 away games? Why should anyone jump the queue ahead of loyal fans?
I have contacted the Daily Echo and the club because why should 400 fans get tickets automatically? These could be people who have only been to one away game or none at all, because they fancy enjoying the atmosphere. Surely they should meet the loyalty requirement? Why should club staff get to go if they don't otherwise go to games, so loyal fans miss out?

That i know of Northern Saints (which i think is the biggest), London Saints and Welsh Saints. doubt the total of those combined is more than 50 people, in fact i think London saints is less than a dozen. | | | |
