My biggest frustration with that game wasn't Grimsby's shithousery or the inept officials, it was our inability to shoot. We spend most of the final third of the game passing the ball around the outside of the penalty area and holding up the ball in the hope that we'd draw out their players. We should have just hit them on the break and shot on sight.
I've only been to Grimsby (well Cleethorpes) once. That was a Tuesday night game, and when I called in a chip shop for my fish supper before the game, I was told by the staff that they're known for their Haddock, not Cod.
Cod or haddock, I don't expect us to be battering anything tonight. This is going to be a tough game, and I'd take a draw now. I'd love us to win it, not just as a six-pointer, but to get retribution for the pitch's contribution to their win last season.
Retired from playing last year and hinted at owning a club then.
Asked about becoming a coach in the future, Pato added: "Who knows... I don't think so, or at least that's my current thinking. Maybe as a manager or as a club owner. I've gained a lot of experience in my career, and I can share that with the players. I'd like to do that."

comfynum, gerry_us, ghughes11, RSCOSWORTH, and wessex_exile all predicted a U's win. wessex_exile was the only one to go 1-0. No one guessed Edwards to score first.

I'm going to throw in a curveball - The Verve's Bitter Sweet Symphony
For years the Rolling Stones were receiving the royalties as it was deemed to be too much like the orchestral version of The Last Time. The dispute was finally resolved in 2019, 22 years after its release - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/ent
I love the song, as do my boys who call it 'bumping people' after watching the video many times. I'm tempted to go see Richard Ashcroft at Castle Park this summer.
Those of you that watched the Beyond 90 Minutes feature with former goalkeeping coach Yilmaz Aksoy may recall that there was a piece on it about teamsheets now having to be submitted to the officials electronically, rather than on paper.
We'll there's now been a balls up in a game with Swindon naming a wrong player in their teamsheet. It'll be interesting to see how the EFL deal with it.
